Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14 day return policy, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returned goods must be delivered to us unused and in the original condition, with tags attached, unworn, undamaged to be accepted. If a size is no longer available a credit note for our online store will be issued. We do not refund or exchange due to perceived colour variations due to inconsistencies of computer screens vs. real garment colours. If you are unsure about a colour please contact us. No exchange or refund on sale items.

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a return or exchange without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

To make a return, email us at hello@uthntic.com to request a return authorisation. Please include the order number and item(s) you wish to return. 

Refunds

As we are a small family owned business we are unable, at this point to offer a refund on items that are purchased that are not deemed faulty - however, we are more than happy to offer a store credit or gift voucher for the total value minus any postage costs for you to use within 12 months of the issue date.
