Frequently Asked Questions

All our parcels are dispatched from our Melbourne Warehouse, Australia. Average standard delivery within Australia is between 2-8 days.

Please allow between 1-2 business days for your parcel to be packaged and dispatched from our warehouse.  Once your parcel has left our depot you will get an automated shipping information email which will contain all relevant information to ensure that you can track your package on it's journey to it's new home.

If items are sold out we may accept pre-orders. Please allow 2-6 weeks for orders to be processed if we offer preorders. Follow @unthnticstreetwear for all restock and new release dates and times!

If the sizing or style is not quite right we will happily exchange the item or provide you with store credit. For our full exchange policy please see our Refunds & Exchange Policy- here

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact our customer service team straight away so we can fix this up for you! Please apply for a replacement item no longer than 14 days from the date of your package being delivered. If there is a fault deemed on inspection of your item, we will cover the cost of return postage and a replacement item where possible. 

We are not able to take any requests to combine orders, change orders, or edit them. Any requests to do this will be declined. Please be sure to input your correct postal address at checkout as we do not accept any responsibility if the incorrect address has been submitted and we have not had time to change it before it ships.

We only offer Australian Wide shipping Only. If we have a demand for International shipping we will add this to our shipping. If you are international customer wanting to purchase please get in touch at hello@uthntic.com

YES! Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

Once your order has been dispatched, Uthntic Streetwear accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. 

Shipping delays can be subject to the weather conditions of your area and also the volume of packages that the postal system is processing at the time. These circumstance are completely out of our control. Please also consider the Covid -19 Shipping delays throughout all Courier services during this time. We will always communicate to our customers any delays we may be expecting due to Covid-19 shipping delays advised by our courier & shipping services.
